My Home Town

My home town is a charming place surrounded by green fields and a calm river. The name of my home town is Natore. The population of this town is about 90067 people. It is famous for its fresh vegetables and rice. The roads are lined with tall trees that offer shade and beauty during hot summers. Education means a lot to the people here, and there are several schools and colleges. The weekly market is lively, with local farmers selling their fresh products. Our town has different places of worship—a beautiful mosque, a historic Hindu temple, and a small church—which shows that people of all religions live and work together peacefully. Modern facilities are slowly becoming available in my town. Now, we have specialized hospital and several libraries. My favorite place is the riverside, where I can sit and enjoy the quiet after a long day. Whenever I visit new places, I always feel that there is no place as welcoming as my own home town.
