Dear Sir,

With due respect, I on behalf of the inhabitants of the village Modhupur of Patiya Upazila under Chattagram district would like to draw your kind attention that our locality has been affected by devastating flood recently. Thousands of people have become homeless, foodless and cloth less. The miseries of the affected people have known no bounds. Cholera, typhoid, dysentery and diarrhea have broken out in an epidemic form. The affected people now badly need food, clothes, medicines and pure drinking water.

In the circumstances, I hope that you would be kind enough to supply relief and medical aids for the affected people as soon as possible.
