Write a dialogue between you and your friend about the importance/benefits of taking physical exercise. (Class 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, SSC, HSC)

Write a dialogue between you and your friend about the importance/benefits of taking physical exercise.

Rahim   :  Hey Karim! You look a bit tired today. Everything alright?

Karim   :  Yeah, I’m fine. Just feeling a bit low on energy lately. I think it’s because I’ve been skipping exercise for weeks now.

Rahim   :  That could be it. Regular exercise really helps keep both body and mind active. Why did you stop?

Karim   :  Honestly, I’ve been so busy with studies and online classes that I hardly find time to work out. When I get a little free time, I just watch TV or scroll through social media.

Rahim   :  I understand, but you know, that’s exactly why we need exercise. Sitting all day is harmful. Our bodies were made to move. Even a 30-minute walk or some light stretching can make a big difference.

Karim   :  That’s true. I used to feel more energetic and focused when I worked out regularly. But isn’t exercise only for people who want to lose weight or build muscles?

Rahim   :  Not at all! Exercise has many other benefits. It keeps the heart healthy, improves blood circulation, boosts mood, reduces stress, and even improves sleep. And you don’t need a gym or equipment—just walking, running, yoga, or cycling can help a lot.

Karim   :  Hmm… I didn’t think about it that way. I always thought exercise was more of a physical thing, but it seems to help the mind too.

Rahim   :  Exactly! Have you heard of “happy hormones”? When we exercise, our body releases endorphins. They help reduce anxiety and make us feel good. That’s why people who exercise regularly are often in a better mood.

Karim   :  Wow, I really need that. Lately, I’ve been feeling stressed about schoolwork and tired all the time.

Rahim   :  Then that’s another reason to get back to exercising. You don’t have to start with anything intense. Even 15-20 minutes of brisk walking every morning can refresh your mind and body.

Karim   :  That sounds manageable. Maybe I can start with a morning walk in the park. Would you join me?

Rahim   : Of course! I go every morning at 6:30. We can walk and talk. It’ll be fun and healthy.

Karim   :  That’s a great idea. I think if I make it a routine, I’ll feel much better and more productive.

Rahim   :  Absolutely. Consistency is key. Once you get used to it, you’ll start looking forward to it every day.

Karim   :  Thanks, Rahim. You’ve really motivated me. I’ll start from tomorrow.

Rahim   :  That’s the spirit! Remember, health is wealth. Taking care of your body now will benefit you your whole life.

Karim   :  You’re right. Let’s do this together and stay healthy!

Rahim   :  Deal! See you tomorrow morning at the park. Let’s make exercise a habit we never skip again.

Karim  :   Sure! Looking forward to it.
