Dear Kashem,
I have received your letter. From your letter I came to know that you are
very weak in English. You have requested me to give you some suggestions so
that you can improve your English. I am giving you some tips in this regard.
You know you are to develop four skills in English. They are listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. For this, you must attend your English classes regularly. You should not cram anything. You must try to understand what you read. Without the knowledge of grammar, you cannot speak or write English correctly. So you should follow the rules of grammar. You should enrich your stock of vocabulary. For this you can read varius story books. You have to start conversing with your friends, teachers and other people also. Don’t worry if you make mistakes. This will increase your fluency in English. If you regularly continue these practices, I am sure you will be able to improve your English.
