Your Future Plan of Life
Introduction: A life without
any aim is like a ship without a rudder. An aim helps a man to gain his coveted
objective, his career. It is like a torch that enlightens a person’s career.
Choice of Profession: Among men, some
want to earn money, some want to earn fame, and some want to serve people. I
had to think a lot to choose my aim/profession/career in life. I think it
should be decided according to one’s aptitude, ability, and merit. Considering
these, my choice is the simple wish to be a teacher.
Nobility of Teaching: Undoubtedly,
teaching is a very noble profession. A teacher is like a potter who works on a
wheel to give shape to his pots, cutting out the rough edges to give a perfect
finish to the end product. At present, neither the students nor the teachers have
the same sincerity and singleness of purpose. However, there are still
exceptional teachers who are genuinely concerned about the future of their
pupils and try to guide them sincerely.
Reason of Choice: Unfortunately, some people take to teaching out of compulsion because the other avenues are not open to them. They drift into teaching because they have failed to achieve their ambition. I have, by choice, decided to opt for teaching. I love working with children. It must be a very satisfying experience to shape young minds, eager to learn, who come to a teacher in total faith.
Advantages of Teaching: One cannot
overlook the advantages that one has as a teacher. One gets so many holidays
which can be used to catch up with other interests one neglects during the
working days. This is a very tempting prospect. Besides, over the years, the
salary of teachers has also become very attractive.
Teaching vs Other Professions: Teaching has
certain distinct advantages over other professions. Teachers do not have very
long working hours. Surely, lots of time is taken in preparing the lessons,
correction work, etc. Still, one can have ample time to pursue other interests.
Conclusion: I am not unaware that it is quite difficult to secure admission in a good teachers’ training college. I am willing to work hard to actualize my ambition, and I am waiting for the day when, after completing my training in teaching, I can become a teacher. That day indeed will be a red-letter day in my life.

ভূমিকা: লক্ষ্যহীন জীবন হাল ছাড়া জাহাজের মতো। লক্ষ্য একজন মানুষকে তার কাঙ্ক্ষিত লক্ষ্য, তার ক্যারিয়ার অর্জনে সাহায্য করে। এটি একটি মশালের মতো যা একজন ব্যক্তির ক্যারিয়ারকে আলোকিত করে।
পেশার পছন্দ: মানুষের মধ্যে, কেউ অর্থ উপার্জন করতে চায়, কেউ খ্যাতি অর্জন করতে চায়, এবং কেউ মানুষের সেবা করতে চায়। জীবনে আমার লক্ষ্য/পেশা/ক্যারিয়ার বেছে নেওয়ার জন্য আমাকে অনেক চিন্তা করতে হয়েছে। আমি মনে করি এটি ব্যক্তির যোগ্যতা, ক্ষমতা এবং যোগ্যতা অনুসারে সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া উচিত। এই বিষয়গুলি বিবেচনা করে, আমার পছন্দ হল শিক্ষক হওয়ার সহজ ইচ্ছা।
শিক্ষাদানের আভিজাত্য: নিঃসন্দেহে, শিক্ষকতা একটি অত্যন্ত মহৎ পেশা। একজন শিক্ষক হলেন একজন কুমোরের মতো যিনি তার পাত্রগুলিকে আকৃতি দেওয়ার জন্য চাকার উপর কাজ করেন, রুক্ষ প্রান্তগুলি কেটে চূড়ান্ত পণ্যটিকে নিখুঁত সমাপ্তি দেন। বর্তমানে, ছাত্র বা শিক্ষকদের মধ্যে একই আন্তরিকতা এবং উদ্দেশ্যের একাগ্রতা নেই। তবে, এখনও ব্যতিক্রমী শিক্ষক আছেন যারা তাদের শিক্ষার্থীদের ভবিষ্যৎ সম্পর্কে সত্যিকার অর্থে উদ্বিগ্ন এবং তাদের আন্তরিকভাবে পরিচালিত করার চেষ্টা করেন।
পছন্দের কারণ: দুর্ভাগ্যবশত, কিছু মানুষ বাধ্যতামূলকভাবে শিক্ষকতাকে বেছে নেয় কারণ অন্যান্য পথ তাদের জন্য উন্মুক্ত নয়। তারা তাদের উচ্চাকাঙ্ক্ষা অর্জন করতে ব্যর্থ হওয়ার কারণে শিক্ষকতায় ঝুঁকে পড়ে। আমি, ইচ্ছা করে, শিক্ষকতা বেছে নেওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছি। আমি শিশুদের সাথে কাজ করতে ভালোবাসি। তরুণ মন, যারা সম্পূর্ণ বিশ্বাসের সাথে একজন শিক্ষকের কাছে আসে, তাদের গঠনের জন্য এটি অবশ্যই একটি অত্যন্ত সন্তোষজনক অভিজ্ঞতা হবে।
শিক্ষাদানের সুবিধা: একজন শিক্ষক হিসেবে যে সুবিধাগুলি রয়েছে তা কেউ উপেক্ষা করতে পারে না। একজন ব্যক্তি এত বেশি ছুটি পান যা কর্মদিবসে অবহেলা করা অন্যান্য আগ্রহগুলি পূরণ করতে ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে। এটি একটি খুব লোভনীয় সম্ভাবনা। তাছাড়া, বছরের পর বছর ধরে, শিক্ষকদের বেতনও খুব আকর্ষণীয় হয়ে উঠেছে।
শিক্ষাদান বনাম অন্যান্য পেশা: অন্যান্য পেশার তুলনায় শিক্ষকতার কিছু স্বতন্ত্র সুবিধা রয়েছে। শিক্ষকদের খুব বেশি সময় কাজ করার সময় থাকে না। অবশ্যই, পাঠ প্রস্তুতি, সংশোধন কাজ ইত্যাদিতে প্রচুর সময় ব্যয় করা হয়। তবুও, অন্যান্য আগ্রহগুলি অনুসরণ করার জন্য যথেষ্ট সময় থাকতে পারে।
উপসংহার: আমি জানি না যে একটি ভাল শিক্ষক প্রশিক্ষণ কলেজে ভর্তি নিশ্চিত করা বেশ কঠিন। আমি আমার উচ্চাকাঙ্ক্ষা বাস্তবায়নের জন্য কঠোর পরিশ্রম করতে ইচ্ছুক, এবং আমি সেই দিনের জন্য অপেক্ষা করছি যখন, শিক্ষকতার প্রশিক্ষণ শেষ করার পর, আমি একজন শিক্ষক হতে পারব। সেই দিনটি সত্যিই আমার জীবনের একটি লাল অক্ষরের দিন হবে।
