Sir/Madam,
I beg most respectfully to state that I am a regular student of class 6 in your school. Everyday I come to class and listen to the teachers attentively. I have caught cold and suffered since the last evening. I have felt better in his morning and I joined the class. But now I am feeling high temperature and bad headache again. It is impossible to me to stay in the class. I need to go home badly.
I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me an early leave and oblige thereby.
