Sir,

I, on behalf of the students of class seven of your school, would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that our school is a renowned school in Dhaka city. We have a common room where we can make our group studies and communicate among ourselves. But it is a matter of great regret that the facilities of our common room are very poor. The lighting system, furniture, benches and other things are very old. There are three fans but two of them are out of work. Glasses of the windows are broken. So, it is essential to increase the facilities of the common room.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to increase the facilities of our common room as early as possible.
